Learning the fundamental skills of any sport takes perseverance, determination and patience. With hockey, learning the skills needed to play the sport takes this and much more. Hockey Passing: Pass and Go – 1 on 1 Defense

His wife has family in the Utica area and he visits every summer. This year he decided to give back by starting a camp. “The biggest thing right now you work on the fundamentals.” says Woods. “Kids at this age develop their skills and maybe you can find some kids with the passion to see where hockey can take them and if you can help them along the way…that’s what we are trying to do.”
