WAVERLY. Women’s Professional Soccer will be in Waverly from July 26 to 30 for WPS camps featuring professional soccer player Danielle Johnson, a defender from Sky Blue FC.
Johnson was drafted in the fourth round of 2010 WPS Draft (35th overall).
In college, she played for Ole Miss University where she was the first Rebel to receive All-SEC and All-Region honors all four years.
WPS camps:
-Recreational Camp: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (6-12 yrs) $185
-Development and Leadership Camp: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (10-15 yrs) $265
-Advanced Team Camp: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (15-19 yrs) $3600
-Women’s Clinic: 6 to 8:30 p.m. (21-65 yrs) $50 Monday only
